Rohan Stoby is certified personal trainer and Iwork with healthy individuals or those with stable health conditions who can exercise independently. I also refer clients with specific needs or medical conditions to other professionals if and when needed
Responsibilities
As s certified personal trainer, I develop personalized workout plans, guide clients through exercises, monitor their progress, and provide education on fitness and lifestyle habits

Our Success Method

One-on-One Calls
We start by creating a structure for the mentorship. The one on one calls will be to track progress, and place strategies for building a healthy mindset where it is needed; whether it is for practice and competition, or other aspects of life.

Goal Setting
Create short and long terms goals for the mentor program. Our goal is to instill permanent work and mental habits that each athlete and youth can have for the rest of their life.

Stress Control
We educate athletes and youth on different ways to handle stress and the best strategy that fits them personally. Building self-awareness and recognizing triggers and signs of stress to create prevention plans.

Instilling Confidence
Every athlete and youth has strengths and attributes that they like about themselves. I am here to remind them of that by focusing on their strengths and helping to develop their confidence.
